Delivery
We aim to make your experience a simple, easy and enjoyable one so Wollammo! will ship WORLDWIDE via Canada Post. If the order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date Wollammo! will replace it immediately without charge to the customer. The only cost Wollammo! will not absorb is if your country has custom duties, which the customer is responsible for.
Shipping Deadlines & Schedules
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of their placement and will arrive to their destination in no more than 30 business days after the order date. Orders placed after 1 pm PST on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will not ship until Monday morning or the next business day after a holiday. Please note that International shipments may experience customs clearance processes which can delay delivery and are not within Wollammo!’s control.
Returns
Any product can be returned for refund if it is damaged upon arrival, received the wrong item or received the item outside the 30 day delivery guarantee. Please contact our customer service representative at 1-778-887-6733
